Terms & Conditions

Pricing

Dozens and case prices require ordering in quantity. Broken case or individual pieces may be purchased at piece prices. Prices are subject to change without notice. All goods shipped at prices in effect at time of shipping.

All orders shipped C.O.D., cash, cashiers check or money orders.

Credit Card Use

All credit card orders require forms to be completed.

Company Checks

Company check OK with prior approval only. Net terms available with prior approval. There is a $20 charge on al NSF checks.

Return Policy

No returns without prior approval. Returns authorized if notified within 5 days of receipt of goods. No returns on sale items. Merchandise must be in original condition (no screening) or embroidery) WITHOUT EXCEPTION. Credit for returned goods cannot be given until goods are in our warehouse. Graphic Sportswear is not responsible for any discrepancies on orders received by third party.

Shipping

All orders shipped by UPS (unless otherwise stated by customer). Orders taken before 4 PM shipped same day. Truck orders placed before 2 PM shipped same day.

Pick-Up Orders

Must be picked up within 5 days of order placement.

Cancelled or Refused Orders

All orders are condsidered firm. Changes will not be made once the order is placed.

Additions to Orders

All additions are entered as new orders and are billed and shipped separately.

How To Avoid Restocking Fees

Correct or cancel orders within 24 hours. After 24 hours a 15% restocking fee will be charged.
